This Week: Public Advocate Run-off Election Today

There’s a runoff election between City Council Member Letitia James and State Senator Dan Squadron in the public advocate’s race today, and with turnout expected to be very low, your vote will carry a lot of weight. The week continues with community board meetings on traffic safety proposals, a panel discussion about the East River Greenway, and a lecture on the potential for regional rail in the New York area.
