- Tuesday: Assembly Member Dan Quart is hosting a pedestrian safety forum with DOT, NYPD, Pedestrians for Accessible and Safe Streets, and Bike New York to talk about bike-share, bike lanes, countdown clocks, and dangerous intersections on the East Side. 6:00 p.m.
- Also Tuesday: DOT will present to Brooklyn Community Board 5 on design plans for plazas at the New Lots Avenue Triangle and at Liberty Avenue. DOT will also present on the Highland Park Transportation Study. 6:00 p.m.
- Thursday: After trimming the plan for Select Bus Service in response to an effort led by State Senator Bill Perkins, DOT and the MTA have revisited community boards and are now hosting a public workshop on the scaled-back plan. 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday: Transportation Alternatives is kicking off its “complete street” campaign for Amsterdam Avenue with a walk along the street on the Upper West Side, highlighting dangerous spots and opportunities for improvements. 11:00 a.m.
