Friday: Bike Talk With Jeff Mapes

Don’t forget tomorrow’s Housing Works event starring Jeff Mapes, author of "Pedaling Revolution: How Cyclists Are Changing American Cities," Aaron Naparstek of Streetsblog and the folks from Transportation Alternatives, who will be talking about nationwide efforts to improve cycling infrastructure. Discussion is to be followed by a Q&A session and book signing. Word has it Clarence Eckerson will also be on hand with a Streefilms montage.

It all starts at 7 p.m. at the Housing Works Bookstore Cafe, 126 Crosby Street in Manhattan.
