All funds raised during WALK DON’T DESTROY 3 will go directly to DDDB’s legal effort. DDDB is fully funding two lawsuits: one on behalf of property owners and tenants who are challenging the use of eminent domain in federal court (oral arguments in the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals took place yesterday); and the other representing 26 community groups – including PSN – who are disputing the validity of the state’s environmental review, the finding of blight, and the qualification of "Atlantic Yards" as a "civic project."
