Regional Plan Association is seeking a creative strategic thinker and communicator to generate awareness and support for RPA’s Fourth Regional Plan with a wide range of constituents in the civic, business and government sectors. RPA, a nonprofit urban-planning organization, focuses on the strategic government and business decisions that shape the New York-New Jersey-Connecticut region’s overall wellbeing. In April 2013, RPA launched an initiative to create a Fourth Regional Plan for the metropolitan area — a blueprint for the region’s growth, sustainability, good governance and economic opportunity for the next 25 years.
