Police Seek Hit-and-Run Driver Who Ran Down Pedestrian on Sidewalk

Via Gothamist: Early Saturday morning, a driver ran over a pedestrian on the sidewalk in Astoria inflicting serious injuries, then sped off, continuing to drive on the sidewalk.
