The looming L train shutdown will disrupt travel for hundreds of thousands of New Yorkers and demands a serious response. In Manhattan, advocates are calling for transitways on 14th Street and Delancey Street when the subway goes out of service. This week you can speak up for robust plan to keep people moving without the L train at a workshop hosted by Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer, DOT, and the MTA.

Check the full calendar for more info on these and other events.
