DOT’s overhaul of Queens Boulevard in Woodside, which includes 1.3 miles of protected bike lanes, is up for a vote at Queens Community Board 2 twice this week. Also: Opponents have gathered petitions agains Upper Manhattan’s first protected bike lane — you can defend it at Community Board 12 tonight.
