Calling all data nerds! Come out to NYC DOT’s open data forum on Wednesday, where you can ask DOT about the transportation data it makes available online and how the public can better use the information. Plus, a full complement of workshops and community board meetings about street redesigns.

Here are the highlights — many more events are listed on the full Streetsblog calendar:

• Tuesday: How should Mott Haven be linked to the waterfront and Randall’s Island, where a new greenway connection will open this summer? Share your ideas at a workshop hosted by the New York Restoration Project. 6:30 p.m.
• Wednesday: NYC DOT hosts its third open data forum, a town hall-style meeting to discuss how to make the agency’s information available to the public. Bring questions about DOT datasets you’d like to see. RSVP required. 5:30 p.m.
• Also Wednesday: The New Harlem East Merchants Association and DOT host a workshop on the plaza space at Park Avenue and 125th Street, beneath the elevated Metro-North line. 6 p.m.
• More Wednesday: DOT will present the plan for bike lanes on the Greenpoint Avenue Bridge to the full board of Queens Community Board 2 at 7 p.m.
• Thursday: DOT will present a plan for a bike lane on Spring Street in SoHo to the Manhattan Community Board 2 transportation committee. 6:30 p.m.
