The second and final Manhattan Vision Zero workshop is scheduled for this evening, as are opportunities to weigh in on bike infrastructure in Brooklyn and buses in Queens. The week continues with community board meetings on bike lanes, Slow Zones, improving dangerous intersections, and securing complete streets on two of Manhattan’s busiest avenues.

• Monday: The city’s Vision Zero workshops continue with the final of two Manhattan workshops, this time in Harlem. 6:30 p.m.
• Also Monday: DOT presents a bicycle project for Metropolitan Avenue to Brooklyn Community Board 1’s transportation committee at 6:30 p.m. and CB 10 will discuss a bike network expansion in Bay Ridge at 7:15 p.m.
• More Monday: Ride the bus on Woodhaven Boulevard? Riders Alliance is hosting a gathering to discuss bus and pedestrian improvements in the area. 7 p.m.
• Tuesday: The Vision 42 working group, an effort for a car-free light rail boulevard on 42nd Street, will hear a presentation about Hudson Bergen Light Rail. 6 p.m.
• Wednesday: DOT will present proposals to expand the bicycle network and improve safety at the complex intersection where Ella Bandes was killed to Brooklyn Community Board 4. 6 p.m.
• Also Wednesday Thursday: DOT will present the Jackson Heights Neighborhood Slow Zone and a safety project for Northern Boulevard to Queens Community Board 3. 6:30 7 p.m.
• Also Thursday: Manhattan Community Board 2 is set to vote on a resolution requesting a complete streets redesign study of Fifth and Sixth Avenues from DOT. If it passes, CB 2 will become the third and final board to request the study from DOT. 6 p.m.
