There are a lot of community board meetings on the Streetsblog calendar this week where you can lend your support to livable streets projects, including an important one tonight about safety improvements near the Manhattan Side of the Queensboro Bridge. Later this week, there’s also a Democratic mayoral candidate forum in Brooklyn where you can ask the contenders how they plan to make streets safer and transit more effective.
