Brooklyn Community Boards 2, 6 & 8 to hold Public Forums on "Atlantic Yards."

In the absence of an official role in reviewing the "Atlantic Yards" project, thanks to the state’s takeover, our local Community Boards have announced that they will hold simultaneous public hearings on the DEIS on Thursday, August 3rd, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  The Community Boards will also continue to accept written comments beyond the hearing date, and will accept the submission of statements via mail, fax, email and hand delivery.  Community Board contact information is listed below.
